Neel's blog

All academic blogs contain a burst of activity at creation and eventually turn into dust-collections with outdated info and links that do not work. I have embraced that this too is the destiny of the blog I am writing here, and you, dear reader, may be reading this at a point in the future where this will be true. In the meantime, I aspire for this blog to host explainers for my papers, that are communicated in a more accessible format and may have more dynamic elements like GIFs or even interactive charts. Here, I really look up to the blogs by Lena Voita, Laura Ruis, Andrej Karpathy, and Daniela Ivanova. I will almost certainly fail to live up to the high bar that they set, but I think it's always good to have a north star.
